At CaseCraazee, every phone case is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the best quality. Please read our return and refund policy before placing your order.
Returns
* Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what was ordered.
* Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
* The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Custom & Personalized Products
* As all custom and personalized phone cases are made specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
* Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Replacements
We will provide a free replacement if:
* You receive a damaged product.
* You receive the wrong product.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
* Your order number.
* Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Order Cancellation
* Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for production or shipment.
* Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
